Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new T-shirt. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day return and exchange period from the day you receive your order.

1. Condition of the Product

You are welcome to open the package and try on the T-shirt at home to check the fit and size, just as you would in a physical store. However, please note the following guidelines:

• The returned T-shirt must be completely unworn, clean, and in brand-new condition.

• All original product tags, size labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

• The product must not show any signs of use, such as makeup or deodorant stains, scents of perfume or smoke, or pet hair.

• If the product has been used or handled carelessly, we reserve the right to charge for the reduction in value, up to the full purchase price.

2. Important Exceptions (Customized T-shirts)

• Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.

• If the T-shirt has been printed, embroidered, or otherwise personalized with your specific choice of text, image, or design, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. How to Make a Return or Exchange

Simply sending the T-shirt back or leaving the package uncollected at the pickup point does not qualify as a valid return. Please follow these steps:

1. Notify us: Inform us of your return or exchange by sending an email to info@shellfishgraveyard.com or by filling out our website's contact form before shipping the item. Please include your name, order number, and the details of the items you wish to return.

2. Pack the item: Pack the T-shirt carefully, preferably in its original packaging or another durable mailer, to ensure it stays clean and dry during transit.

3. Ship the item: Send the package back to us within 14 days of making your return notification.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping and shipping insurance costs. If you are exchanging the T-shirt for a different size, we will ship the new size to you free of charge.

5. Refunds

We will refund the price of the product (including the original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your return notification.

However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the T-shirt back and verified its condition, or until you have provided proof that the item has been shipped back. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If your T-shirt has a manufacturing defect (such as a torn seam or faulty print) or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately at info@shellfishgraveyard.com. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement free of charge and covering all related shipping expenses.
